Junior Social Media & Content Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media & Content Designer to join our team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone looking to start their career in fashion, design, or digital marketing.

You’ll help create eye-catching visuals, craft engaging social content, and assist in growing our online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for social media promotions, campaigns, and new product launches
  • Create posts and captions that reflect the Naked Kiwi voice and aesthetic
  • Engage with followers to help build a strong, active community
  • Interact with relevant content to grow our reach and visibility
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and campaigns
  • Review content performance and assist with improvements

Requirements

  • Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter)
  • Excellent written communication and creative eye for detail
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative brand
  • Comfortable working with LGBTQ+ content and audience

Preferred Qualities

  • Passion for men’s fashion and current trends
  • Understanding of LGBTQ+ culture and community

Hours & Structure

This is a casual, part-time role with flexible hours that vary depending on projects and campaign activity.
