Given the personal nature of our products and in adherence to stringent health policies, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items such as underwear, swimwear, socks, wrestling singlets, face masks/hoods, toys, or wellness products.
Please be aware that items purchased from our outlet are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange - unless faulty.
Ordered The Wrong Size
Returns due to incorrect size selection will not be accepted. Customers are advised to thoroughly review our size guide and compare it with their measurements prior to purchase. It is important to note that sizing may vary between different brands. Ensuring the correct size is selected is the responsibility of the customer to prevent any issues regarding fit.

Change of Mind
Our policy does not accommodate returns or exchanges based on a change of mind or preference after the purchase has been made. We encourage customers to carefully consider their choices and review their orders before proceeding to checkout.
Received a Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item
If you happen to receive an item that is faulty or damaged, or if an incorrect item is delivered to you, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will issue you a refund. To facilitate this process, please provide us with a photo of the item(s) you received, along with the packing slip included in your order.
Return Costs
Returns are charged at $20.00 NZD.
Returns Procedure
If you need to return an item or items, please get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. We will supply you with a return address and any relevant instructions for the return process. It's important to make sure that the item is sent back in its original packaging, remains unused, and has all tags and labels still attached.
Replacements & Store Credits
We will proceed with processing replacements and issuing store credits only after your original item has been returned and received at our headquarters.
